As a Nevada native, it is truly an honor to be part of Beacon Academy of Nevada- Nevada’s Online High School. I come to Beacon Academy with a 23 year professional background as a teacher, a professional development trainer of teachers in the areas of multicultural education, Safe & Drug Free Schools, administrator of Indian Education, Foreign Exchange and Social Studies and assistant principal. I attended Saint Mary of the Plains College of Kansas for my Bachelor’s Degree in Education and University of Phoenix for my Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision. It is my personal mission and goal to ensure students are provided with a virtual environment for learning that will enable them to reach their full potential – a high school diploma.
